GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Petit Verdot
SOIL:Clay and limestone
VINIFICATION: Late harvest in October. Traditionnal wine-making process, with trapping in small concrete vats. Ageing in vats for 6 months in order to preserve the fruit intensity.
COLOUR: Intense red.
BOUQUET: Violet, raspberry and cocoa aromas.
PALATE: Strong and rich with tight tannins.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Ideal with lamb grilled with herbs or a roasted capon.
SERVE: 14 to 16°C
CELLAR LIFE:3 to 5 years
